Arasys and Perfector Inc. offers an one year full warranty on the Arasys and the Perfector. Full warranty includes parts, labor, free loaners and shipping. Additionally, we service your system as long as you have it and we offer a Life Time limited warranty on all Perfector and Arasys parts.

Arasys Perfector has a loaner system available to you in case your Arasys or Perfector machine need repair. All repairs are make in the UK. In order to request a loaner please click on the Technical Support link in our menu and complete the Loaner Form.

Both Perfector and Arasys carry the CE mark for electrical safety. However, there are certain restrictions in terms of their usage such as pacemaker, epilepsy, metal plates in the head, pregnancy, etc. With all major physical illness, please ask the client to get clearance from their physician prior to receiving treatments with the Arasys or the Perfector. For your convenience we also have available Health History consultation forms for the Arasys and the Perfector.
