Perfector Loaner

Perfector systems are manufactured and serviced ONLY at Kays Electronics in the United Kingdom. A loaner will be shipped using a 2—day-delivery service from the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters immediately upon receiving the information requested below. Please be sure to follow the instructions below to avoid any delay with the shipment of your loaner system.

  1. The faulty Perfector must be shipped to Kays Electronics within 2 bussiness days after receipt of the Perfector loaner (see Shipping Instructions and Download FEDEX Paperwork)
  2. The Perfector Fault Diagnosis Checklist (see below) must be filled in on the internet, printed and shipped in the same box with the faulty Perfector to Kays Electronics.
  3. The faulty Perfector must be packaged in the original box prior to shipping it to Kays Electronics.
  4. The loaner Perfector must be packaged in its original box prior to shipping the loaner Perfector to the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters.
  5. The loaner Perfector must be returned to the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters within two business days after receipt of the repaired Perfector.
  6. A deposit of $860.00 must be placed prior to shipping the loaner. The deposit of $860 is fully refundable provided that: a) the client ships out the faulty Perfector within two business days to Kays Electronics; b) the client ships out the loaner to the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters upon receipt of the repaired Perfector.
  7. Any client who fails ship the faulty Perfector to Kays Electronics within two business after receipt of the Perfector loaner from the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters, will be charged $500.00 per day until this loaner is received by Corporate.
  8. Any client who fails to return the loaner Perfector within two business days to the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters will be charged $500.00 per day until this loaner is received by Corporate.

I agree with the terms and conditions regarding the Perfector Loaner. I allow Arasys Perfector, Inc. to charge my credit card the refundable amount of $860.00 prior to receiving an Perfector loaner. If the Perfector machine is concluded to be fully functional and no fault is found by a Corporate Technician, then I forfeit my $860.00 deposit, in addition to being charged $250.00 for services and shipping (Erroneous Return Penalty). There will be no charge if my machine has a fault and the fault has occured within the first year of full warranty.. I agree that I am fully responsible for shipping (including fees) if my warranty (1 year) is no longer in effect. I understand that my credit card will be charged $500.00 per day if I fail to comply with the time restraints in sending my faulty Perfector system to the Honolulu Corporate Headquarters for repair or for not returning my Perfector loaner within two working days after the receipt of my repaired Perfector as agreed.

PERFECTOR Fault Diagnosis Checklist:
Does the system flash an F 11, F 12, F 13, F 22, F 23 code? (Detector problem)
Did you follow troubleshooting procedure?
  1. Turn the system off and unplug it.
  2. Check if the voltage at the back is set at 110 for the USA. 3. Plug the system into a voltage regulator.
  3. If necessary plug the system in a different room that has a totally different electrical supply.
  4. Turn the system on.
Does the system flash an F 16, F17, F 21, F 26 or F27 code? Did you follow the troubleshooting procedure?
  1. Turn the system off and unplug it.
  2. Check if the voltage at the back is set at 110 for the USA. 3. Plug the system into a voltage regulator.
  3. If necessary plug the system in a different room that has a totally different electrical supply.
  4. Turn the system on.
Does the system flash an F 14, F15, F 24 or F 25 code?
Did you follow the troubleshooting procedure?
  1. Turn the system off and unplug it.
  2. Check if the voltage at the back is set at 110 for the USA.
  3. Plug the system into a voltage regulator.
  4. If necessary plug the system in a different room that has a totally different electrical supply.
  5. Turn the system on.
Does the system flash an F10 or F20 number? (Valid Operational Code)

  1. Turn the system off and unplug it.
  2. Check if the voltage at the back is set at 110 for the USA.
  3. Plug the system into a voltage regulator.
  4. If necessary plug the system in a different room that has a totally different electrical supply.
  5. Turn the system on.
Is the voltage on the rear of the Perfector set at 110V?
Does the unit power up?
Can you select various programs?
Do the decimal points flash?
Does the audio tone sound when checking for conductivity?
Is the exclamation mark(!) illuminated ?
Does the unit operate normal when the probes touch together?
Does the unit work if you try plug it in a different room?
Did you check the fuses ar the back of the system under the power supply?
If necessary did you replace the fuses?
Does the unit function if you try using a separate set of leads?
Is the system connected to a power surge protector?
Is the power surge protector “on”?
Is the system connected to a voltage regulator tower plus surge protector?
Does your surge protector cost under $160?
